  • Standardized, reliable accounting methods, with monthly statements detailing your financial activity

  • Obtain requested proposals & bids fairly sought and presented, with the availability to meet & supervise contractors at property as requested 

  • Emergency contact 24 hours & 7 days a week

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Costa Rican laws and standards, as applicable to the property owner and short and long-term renter

  • Payment of Corporate, Property & Luxury taxes 


Meet & Greet Services for Visitors & Renters

  • Communicate with Visitor/Renter prior to arrival to assist with local arrangements

  • Discounted car rental through large local agency

  • Educate Visitor/Renter on proper safety and care of your property

  • Bring Renters to, or meet them at the property and review the following:

  • Security for themselves, your home and rental vehicle if applicable

  • Provide and review NO PROBLEMA VISITORS GUIDE, including favorite restaurants, activities, grocery stores, plus supply them with a map of the area

  • Availability to answer questions or address problems that arise

  • Collection of fees on behalf of Owner as negotiated between Owner & Renter

  • Return to property at check-out for walk-through inspections, collection keys and follow-up with the Owner as preferred
