NO PROBLEMA's primary focus is to make your Homeowner Association (HOA) responsibilities easier for all homeowners.  For administration and maintenance of your HOA, we proudly provide the following services:

  • Assist the Board and homeowners with interpreting declarations, covenants and by-laws
  • Assist in developing rules & guidelines
  • Provide accurate and reliable accounting and bookkeeping for all HOA and homeowners HOA based accounts
  • Manage and/or coordinate HOA meetings
  • Maintain pertinent and timely communication with board members
  • As directed, NO PROBLEMA will maintain and provide access to association records
  • Maintain homeowner database
  • Provide language interpretation services if needed
  • Solicit contractor bids, issue work orders, and follow-up as needed
  • Monitor contract personnel
  • Handle after-hours emergencies
  • Prepare newsletters, mailings, notices and ballots for meetings
  • Provide and insure current HOA list used for meetings
  • NO PROBLEMA can also locate and book meeting venues, provide any and all material and reports needed for meetings, prepare Power Point presentations,  and provide necessary A/V equipment
